I’m a Software Developer and Entrepreneur from Beirut, Lebanon.

I’m enjoy learning , creating and automating tasks through coding.

I love travelling and living abroad 🌍. In the past few years, I had the chance to live in UK 🇬🇧 and France 🇫🇷. I met wonderful people from different cultures and different backgrounds, and made some really amazing f.

I’m constantly trying to learn new things that excites me. I believe learning is a never-ending process and that we should embrace that in order to get better at what we do and how we do it.

Education & Work

After graduating from the Lebanese University with a B.S in Computer Science. I worked for about a year as a web developer for a local company creating websites using the LAMP stack. Meanwhile, I was about quarter-way of doing a CS Masters degree, however I decided to switch my Major a little bit so I applied for a M.S in Computer and Communication Engineering and graduating from AUL university of Lebanon.

While I was finishing my Masters degree, I was lucky to have the chance of doing an internship at a virtual reality lab in Brest, France 🇫🇷. It was my first lifetime experience living abroad, and I’m very grateful to have had this opportunity which I learnt a lot from beyond just programming.

I was offered a full scholarship from Newcastle University to pursue a M.S of research in Computer Science with focus on Human Computer Interaction. This was truly one of the most exciting experiences of my life, through which I’ve learned so many things, met amazing people from different backgrounds and developed great friendships that I cherish.

During University, two of my friends and myself participated in many startups competitions where we learned a lot about entrepreneurship. Later, in November 2017 I co founded Buildink, a concrete 3D printing company, with five partners from different backgrounds. When the 3D printer was ready, we started printing as a service.

After that, I joined Troy, a different kind of 3D-printing related startup but a slightly more mature one. Troy is a resin 3D printer. A much smaller in scale than Buildink’s, but most 3D printers function similarly in a way or another, so I was able to share my knowledge between the two projects.

Hobbies & Interests

I like various kinds of sports, but soccer is on top of the list. I also like listening to music as well as playing the oud. I also love coffee, trying out different beans, roasts, brewing methods and what not, as well as doing some basic latte art stuff.
